What to expect when you book a session with Pat.

Question:   What’s a session with Pat like?
Answer:   Each session begins with an indepth Tarot Reading.
After the reading Pat will go over with you what you believe are problematic areas in your life. Pat will then decide on the best way forward for you and will try to help with either an NLP or a Hypnotherapy session.
Pat will finish with her unique “Meeting The Child Within” NLP session.
Please expect the session to last at least 2 hours and you will leave with one of Pat’s self hypnosis Cds as a gift to you.

What can NLP or hypnotherapy do for me?
It can help you with almost everything.
Whether you want to rid yourself of a problem, improve a relationship,
or change your behavour for the better, NLP or Hypnosis can help.

Pat believes that it is important to be totally up front with her fees:
She charges £75 per full session.
If you would like to continue with your Life Coaching NLP sessions afterwards then she charges £45 per session there after.
